Paint the city red – and every other color of the rainbow – this weekend as pride returns to the stage.
Margate Pride arrives at Dreamland in Margate on Saturday August 14, with Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle headlining.
The singer is part of a line-up that includes Lisa Maffia, Jodie Harsh, Sink the Pink DJs, Janet District Council, Amy Zing and the drag queens of Margate Pride, all of whom will bring the festival vibe to the event.
There will also be a selection of rides, street food and drinks throughout the day from 3pm to 11pm for the outdoor event.
Dreamland said of the event: “We can’t wait to see Margate celebrate pride the way she does best, with community, kindness, love and respect for one another.”
The schedule for the day will be:
Janet District Council from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sink The Pink DJs from 4.30 p.m. to 6.45 p.m. Lisa Maffia from 6:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sink The Pink DJs from 7 p.m. to 7.15 p.m. Jodie Harsh from 7.15pm to 8.45pm; Nadine Coyle from 8:45 p.m. to 9:30 p.m .; Sink The Pink DJs from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
